Whether you want to talk through issues, bounce ideas off a nonjudgmental professional, or engage in improvisational play: the end result should leave you feeling closer to achieving your goals and more ready to face the stresses and challenges facing you outside the therapy session. Therapy can be difficult: many emotional issues, past situations, and current challenges can be difficult to explore and face.
